- Required for proper installation of Machine Screw Anchors

- Can be used repeatedly to set multiple anchors
- Struck with a hammer to set each anchor properly
These set tools are used to properly install machine screw anchors into masonry materials such as brick, concrete or stone. To install a machine screw anchor, you must first drill a pilot hole into the masonry material. Next the anchor is tapped with a hammer until the top is flush with the installation surface. Finally, the center peg of the setting tool is inserted into the anchor, and struck with a hammer until the lip of the anchor connects with the lip of the tool. This ensures that the anchor is installed into the masonry material properly.
