- Canada - Flat Rate USPS $80.00 (over 4 lbs. per box of up to 20lbs.) - We will contact you after purchase if your order requires more than one box to ship
- All other International Countries - Flat Rate $80.00 Per 20 lbs flat rate USPS box. If your order is over 20 lbs or does not fit in a flat rate box, we will contact you for additional shipping cost to be paid.
- Or give us your FedEx or UPS account number and we will ship on your account for non-express.
*Free Shipping Note: Eye Bolts, Industrial Forged Hardware, Threaded Rod and some Deckwise Decking products do not qualify for free shipping regardless of the total order value. Orders with these items will incur a shipping fee per item.
**PREMIUM SHIPPING NOTE: All overnight orders must be placed by 2:00pm EST within regular business hours to ship Same Day, Overnight, Second Day or Express (1-2 Day). Otherwise, the order will be processed and shipped on the following business day.
*LTL SHIPPING NOTE: Due to the nature of LTL shipping, some locations require special needs to unload orders, such as a liftgate. If a liftgate or other service is required at extra charge, that customer is responsible for the added fee.
***Please Note: For expedited Shipping Methods additional funds may need to be collected after purchase, based on product dimensions and quantities. Customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with a premium shipping method, including any Second Day, Overnight, and Express shipments. If shipping on the customer's account there will be a $10.00 handling fee on all domestic orders. For international orders, the fee will be $25.00. For expedited overnight shipping on the customer's account, there will be a $50.00 handling fee for order fulfillment, as well as priority order treatment . For expedited second day shipping on the customer's account, there will be a $25.00 handling fee for order fulfillment, as well as priority order treatment. These flat fees are to encompass the order fulfillment process (labor, materials, etc.).
When Will My Order Ship?
Most orders ship within 24 hours from the time they are placed on AlbanyCountyFasteners.com, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), for all in-stock inventory items. Most orders are received within two to three business days, some are received even faster! In the case that it will take longer than a few days to receive your order, our office will reach out to you via email or phone to inform you of shipping status and tracking.
Which Carrier Will You Use to Ship My Order?
We ship using the following shipping methods: USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail, USPS Priority Flat Rate Express, USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail Package, UPS Second Day, UPS Overnight, and LTL Freight. We also ship on DHL, UPS and FedEx accounts. USPS Priority Flat Rate is the primary shipping method for most order. DHL is only used for orders shipped on customer account, a $25 handling fee is applied to all orders shipping DHL, FedEx, UPS, or any international carrier.
Can I pickup my order at your Warehouse?
In-Store Pickup for our local New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania customers is always free, but applicable NJ sales taxes will be applied if customer is not exempt. Customer must present a New Jersey Sales Tax Exempt Certificate for New Jersey sales tax to be removed from the invoice.
Will you ship on my account?
We will ship FedEx, UPS, or DHL on your account, contact our office with your account number and billing zip code and we will explain our terms and the process. All orders placed with "Ship on My Account" as the shipping method will ship ground unless you contact our office prior to placing the order.
What is Managed Shipping?
Managed shipping means that we manage the shipping and select the shipping method and carrier. Managed shipping and free shipping orders are primarily shipped via USPS. FedEx and UPS are paid shipping upgrade options, we also ship on UPS and FedEx customer accounts.

Most orders placed on AlbanyCountyFasteners.com are processed and shipped 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received for credit card and PayPal Express transactions. Orders paid via PayPal money request will require additional time for the request to be fulfilled and confirmed by Albany County Fasteners, after which the order will enter our standard fulfillment process. Orders totaling less than $250.00 are not eligible for a PayPal money request. Please use a valid credit card as a best practice for getting your order fulfilled faster, as this method clears the payment gateway most efficiently.
Orders where payment is received after 2:00pm EST will enter the fulfillment process the following business day. Special orders that require custom packaging or re-working (including custom finishes and lengths) will take an estimated 5-10 business days to fulfill. Fulfillment expectations for custom or re-working orders will be set when the order is placed and confirmed by Albany County Fasteners.
Orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). We are not responsible if USPS does not deliver to the shipping address that you provide to us.
If USPS does not deliver to your address, please provide a PO box or contact customer service.
Priority Mail is not Guaranteed Date Delivery.
Local Delivery & Pickup
Are you a local? Feel free to pick up your order during checkout by selecting "Local Pickup" as the shipping method if applicable. This method is only available for orders shipping to NJ, PA and NY. If you don't want to come to us, we can come to you. If your shipping address is within 100 miles of our location (201 Hartle Street, Sayreville NJ 08872) we can bring your order to you to save time for your project! Local van delivery rates are as follows:
- Along Route Delivery (NJ Only): $10.00
- Off-Route Delivery (NJ Only): $25.00
- Out of State Delivery (NY, PA within 100 miles of Sayreville, NJ): $50.00
