7/8"-14 Stainless steel helical inserts are used to reinforce and repair tapped holes in soft metals.
- Feature strong, corrosion resistant internal threads
- Engineered to withstand temperatures up to 800 degrees Fahrenheit
- The diameter of a helical insert will be larger than the tapped hole (before install)
- Once properly installed the insert diameter reduces allowing the helical insert to thread the hole
