3/8" Zinc Plated Phillips / Flat Head Sleeve Anchors, also known as 3/8 Flat Phillips Sleeve Anchors Zinc Plated, are versatile expanding anchors designed for medium to heavy-duty fastening in concrete, block, brick, and stone. The combination Phillips/slotted head allows for installation with either a Phillips head or flat head screwdriver.
