Standard Round Washers in 2024-T4 Aluminum Alloy
An aluminum, or aluminium, flat washer is a round outer diameter thin plate with a center hole (inner diameter) punched to the size of the bolt or screw diameter.

- Can act as a flat surface area for nut or bolt to tighten against

Aluminum flat washers are corrosion resistant, lightweight, and non-magnetic. Our aluminum washers are made of 2024-T4 Aluminum Alloy which is a high strength aluminum alloy with good fatigue resistence and strength-to-weight ratio. Note that, while aluminum 2024-T4 is resistant to atmospheric corrosion, it is not as corrosive resistant as stainless steel and is ill suited for marine enviroments.
