SAIT Encore Type 29 Flap discs are designed to be versatile and outperform the competition. Fiberglass backed Encore Flap Discs have larger and more flaps, with a premium zirconium grain on cotton backing for premium performance and disc life. These general purpose flap discs are designed for use on ferrous or non-ferrous metals including: stainless steel, high tensile steel, titanium, aluminum copper and brass. Encore flap disks will not contaminate stainless steel and resists loading on aluminum.
