We ship most orders quickly through UPS and USPS, with pickup and local delivery options available.
Our Main Warehouse is located in Edison, New Jersey. We offer shipping via UPS, USPS, LTL, and In Store Pickup. Expedited Domestic Shipping
At this time, expedited shipping methods will ship the same day if placed before 1:30PM EST. If placed after the cutoff time, the order will ship the following business day. If you are placing an order with expedited shipping and need it shipped same day but aren't sure if it will ship in time, please contact our main office at 866-573-0445 and we will see if we can assist you.

Fulfillment Expectations
UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail do not guarantee a delivery date. Due to carrier delays, packages may take up to 7 business days to arrive.
Most orders placed on AlbanyCountyFasteners.com are processed and shipped the same business day, or within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 1PM EST on Friday will begin processing on Monday.
Holidays may add up to 2 additional business days for processing and delivery.
Orders placed before 1:30PM EST using an express paid shipping method will be prioritized for same-day shipment whenever possible.
Express shipping refers to transit time only and does not guarantee same-day order processing.
Standard orders typically ship within 24–48 hours.
Custom orders, special packaging, re-worked products, custom finishes, and custom cut lengths may require 5–10 business days for fulfillment.
Fulfillment expectations for custom orders will be confirmed at the time the order is placed.
USPS Delivery Disclaimer
Orders shipped via USPS are delivered according to the shipping address provided during checkout.
If USPS does not deliver to your address, please provide a PO Box or contact Customer Service for assistance before placing your order.
Shipping Policies
LTL Shipping
Due to the nature of LTL shipping, a liftgate may be required to unload your order. If a liftgate or other service is required at extra charge, the customer is responsible for the added fee.
Handling Fees
Orders shipped on the customer's carrier account are subject to a $10 handling fee for domestic orders.
Same-day expedited shipments on the customer's account are subject to a $25 priority fulfillment fee to cover labor, materials, and expedited processing.
Ship On My UPS Account
By providing a UPS account number, you authorize us to bill all shipping charges directly to your UPS account, including fuel surcharges, address corrections, and special handling fees.
Your UPS account must be valid, active, and in good standing. Invalid or inactive accounts may result in shipping delays, additional charges, or order cancellation.
We are not responsible for UPS billing disputes, account status issues, or fees charged directly by UPS to your account.
If a false or fraudulent UPS account number is provided, you are responsible for all shipping charges associated with your order according to our standard shipping rates.
The absence of a displayed shipping cost during checkout does not mean shipping is free.
Threaded Rod Shipping
Due to the extended dimensions of the required shipping containers, threaded rod is not eligible for Express Shipping.
In addition, threaded rod is charged an additional flat shipping fee of $25.00.
Pickup
Are you local? Place your order online for pickup at our warehouse in Edison, New Jersey.
For same-day pickup, please call Customer Service at 866-573-0445 at least 2 hours before your pickup time.
Orders are processed through our warehouse and may take a few hours to prepare. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification.
Pickup is available at our Will Call door: 100 Newfield Ave, Suite D, Edison, NJ 08837.
Please note: we do not currently accept walk-ins. Orders must be placed and paid for prior to pickup.
Local Delivery
If you don’t want to come to us, we can come to you.
Local delivery may be available for New Jersey shipping addresses within 50 miles of our warehouse.
Local delivery arrangements must be made with our office prior to placing your order. Contact Customer Service at 866-573-0445 to schedule a delivery.
Our driver currently runs deliveries on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Local deliveries are charged a flat fee of $15.
Management reserves all rights to alter shipping terms at their discretion.
