The Split Drive Flat Head Anchor, also know as a split-fast anchor, is a one-piece mechanical anchor designed for anchoring into solid concrete, wood, and stone base materials. These tamper-proof anchors provide a secure and permanent fastening solution once installed.

  • Ideal for fastening wood to concrete with a flush, countersunk head
  • Pre-expanded friction anchor provides superior holding power
  • Tamper-proof design prevents removal once installed
  • No special tools required - drill hole and hammer in anchor
  • Available in zinc-plated carbon steel for indoor/dry environments

Installation:

  1. Drill a hole into the concrete using a 1/4" carbide-tipped drill bit that meets ANSI standards
  2. Hole depth should be 1/2" deeper than the anchor length for proper embedment
  3. Clear hole of debris using a wire brush or compressed air
  4. Insert the anchor through fixture and into pre-drilled hole
  5. Drive the split hammer drive pin anchor until the head is flush against the surface.

  • 1/4" x 4"
