Eligible items purchased from AlbanyCountyFasteners.com may be returned within 60 days of the date we ship the item to you. Shipping costs to return items to AlbanyCountyFasteners.com are the customer's sole expense, with the exception of the exceptions listed below (orders with errors). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the product received is correct and returned at the buyer's request, returns are accepted 60 days after the shipping date. Returns issued within 30 days of the shipment date will be refunded to the payment method used to place the order on AlbanyCountyFasteners.com. Returns issued 31-60 days after date of shipment are eligible for store credit only. In both cases, customers are responsible for all Shipping Charges related to initial purchase and return, and will not be refunded for these charges. Products must be in the original unopened packaging, unused, undamaged and in salable condition. Any opened products are considered used and non-returnable. Any damage to the product's original packaging will result in the product being considered used. Any used products will not be accepted as returns and refunds will not be issued. Returns totaling $1000.00 or more will be issued as store credit only.
PRODUCT CONDITION & TERMS FOR VOLUNTARY RETURNS: Returned items must be in original unopened packaging and must be unused, undamaged, and in sale-able condition.Any opened products are considered used. Any damage to the product's original packaging will result in the product being considered used. Any used products will not be accepted as returns and refunds will not be issued.
Orders with Errors:
Please contact us to report the error and send a picture of the product that you received in the original packaging - as well as a picture of the packing slip. Contact must be made within 15 days of order receipt to proceed with the return process. We will share these pictures and feedback with our Warehouse and Quality Control Manager. If the product you received is incorrect there is no restocking fee charge, and you will be refunded for the cost of your order and of standard USPS shipping you pay to send the product back to us (we do not reimburse for optional insurance and other shipping premium offerings). Any opened products are considered used. Any damage to the product's original packaging will result in the product being considered used. Any used products will not be accepted as returns and refunds will not be issued.
Special orders (custom RFQs) cannot be cancelled or modified after a special order has been placed with our office. Special orders must be paid in full at the time order is placed. Payments for special orders are not refundable or subject to any discounts offers.
Orders placed and shipped internationally are not eligible for voluntary returns. Shipping costs will be at the buyer's expense and refunds will only be issued as store credit.
Shipping issues (including but not limited to: packages damaged in transit, or non-received packages) can be addressed up to 15 Days after the date of order placement.
