Has my order shipped?

Click here, or the "Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. You will also receive an email notification when your order is shipped with tracking data, please check the email that you registered with (and your SPAM folder!) for the shipment notification email.

How do I change quantities or edit my order?

How do I track my order?

Click here, or the "Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order. You may also use the tracking number provided in the tracking notification email that is sent out when your order is shipped.

My order never arrived.

Please click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, please contact the carrier (USPS or FedEx) with your tracking number to confirm that your packages were delivered. If you are still having difficulty locating your package, please contact Customer Service for assistance.

An item is missing from my shipment.

Please check the packing slip included with your order which should indicate any backorder or item that may be drop shipped from another location or supplier. If you are unable to determine the status of the missing item, please contact Customer Service at 866-573-0445.

What happens if an item is "backordered"?

To our company, the word "Backorder" is inaccurate because this usually indicates a long term wait between 8 to 12 weeks. Most items that we backorder ship within 48 hours of the backorder being realized. There are cases when a backorder can ship in 24 hours or it may take up to seven days for the item to be restocked. We try to backorder as few orders as possible and any order over $50 will be partially shipped with any inventory we have in stock and completed with a second shipment. If there is ever a true backorder that will extend past a week or so, we will contact you directly to notify you of the delay, offer an alternative size that is in stock, offer a refund, and accomodate you in the most convenient way for your project.
