Stainless Steel ZE Style Retaining Rings
Passivated Stainless Steel Finish
ZE models have a smaller Groove Diameter, a greater Groove Depth, and a smaller Free Diameter than standard 'E' Retaining Rings of the same size.
External 'E' Radially Assembled Rotor Clips, or Retaining Rings are the most popular and widely used style of radial retaining ring. They are called "E" rings because of the three prongs on the inside of the ring which make contact with the bottom of a groove on a shaft to create a shoulder for effective assembly retention.
