Tee nuts are used to fasten softer materials such as wood or composite. These nuts have flanges that extend out from the center giving them their t shape. Tee nuts have prongs that pull into the material as a bolt is screwed into the nut. They are used to create a flush surface and provide a strong retention in soft material. Some tee nuts have hooks that are serrated to provide an even better hold. Zinc plated steel tee nuts are commonly used for their shiny finish and their corrosive-resistant attributes.
T-nuts in this selection come in both 3 Prong and 4 Prong varieties. All T-Nuts listed below are case hardened Zinc Plated Steel.
