Countersunk POP Rivets Open End
Countersunk POP Rivets, also known as Flat Rivets, are used to connect two pieces of material in quick, efficient way. The hat of the rivet is almost inverted, with a 120 degree countersink in the integrated washer. A countersunk rivet is used in countersunk holes and once set, finish flush to the surface. They are used in tracks where the head will not protrude into sliding tracks or rollers.
POP Rivets, also known as Blind Rivets, are tubular, comprised of a hat and mandrel; the length of the mandrel is snapped off when installed.
They are available various finishes including 304 Stainless Steel, Aluminum and Standard Steel. 304 Stainless Steel is considered the industry standard because of its corrosion resistant qualities. Both the hat and mandrel of the POP rivet are made of their respective metal. This selection of countersunk POP rivets have standard open ends.
