Hammer Drive Pins
Drive Pin Masonry Anchors
Used in lighter load applications, Hammer Drive Pins (or just drive pins) attach fixtures to solid concrete or certain types of concrete blocks. Using a predrilled hole, they are installed with hand tools, typically with a hammer strike, to drive the pin into the anchor body expanding the anchor to form a tight fit. The washer on the anchor retains the pin and guides it during the driving installation.
Hammer Drive Pins go by many names including Hammer Drive Anchors, Drive Pin Anchors, Hammer-Set Anchors, Nail Drive Anchors, Nail-On Anchors, Nail-On Drive Pins, Concrete Anchor Nails, Mushroom Head Anchors, and Hammer Drive Hollow Wall Anchors.
