Return Policy:

Eligible items purchased from from ALBANYCOUNTYFASTENERS.COM may be returned within 365 days of the date when we ship the product to you. Returned product must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged and in salable condition.

Returns:

Place your return into a USPS flat rate package along with your packing slip and instructions.  Buyer pays return shipping costs.

If the item was incorrect and in our error, we will credit you the shipping charge to return once the product is received.

Non-Stock Orders: 

Orders drop shipped or non-stocking products, will be charged a 25% restocking fee once the product is returned and inspected.
